Actually 10, 12,16 and even 24 count is excluded. I just printed.
And I found when I printed my 2nd one, only wasted ink, very short expiry Oct 3rd, 2016.
You printed the wrong coupon. Make sure you click on the Advil 12 Hour.
@ Noor – Print the Advil 12 hr coupon. Not any other Advil cpn – there are 4-5 printable cpns. The 12 hr cpn has no exclusions or restrictions written on them. It clearlr says – ANY on it. No sizes are mentioned.
Can anyone confirm if they have the same Security code? I printed one up and my friend also printed one at her house and the Security code is the same I always thought they were suppose to be different. Does anyone have the same issue?
My shoppers refused the coupon and said “you can’t get something for free”. Total crap!
Our SDM won’t allow a coupon for more than an item’s cost – not even by a penny. Lucky those of you who can get this.

The Advil coupon portal is hosted by them and is indeed a valid coupon. They may have issues using a coupon for a free product or because it is over the cost but that does not mean it is not valid. They may think they need to have unique security codes, so if you print off 4 at once from the same coupon issue they will not be valid. I left mine as full pages so they can see the different print times
I just picked up 4 boxes, no problems.
Complain about the SDM to HO and Advil which did not accept the cpn..Jill. I only neede one box, and that’s all I was buying. Had no problem picking it up with the cpn. With tax it came to $ 3.38 , so only had to pay 38 cents after the cpn..lol.
I’ve had problems at Shoppers before when the coupon makes the product free, they refuse it. I just wait for shift change and a different clerk 🙂
