I’ve just bought the set(queen) on the floor for $700, boxspring included,
shipped for free since I have my sears credit card. They gaved me
a cover matress for free since I have already a base.
I think it’s a good deal, I’m receiving it tomorrow,
I went to Dormez-vous, something similar for $1300 (Simmons)
Went 3 times at Sears to try all the matress, this one was’nt
on sale so I’ve ask the clerk when it will come in special since
that was the one I prefered and he told me they would not sell it no more!
So I ask for a discount (liquidation price) and got it
Think I did a good deal
I’m sure to have some good sleep for a while!

I took a look at this mattress over the weekend. The Sears store we went to was selling the set for $1199.00 down from $3599.00. I asked the sales associate why the set was marked down so much and she said that they have this mattress set on sale a lot and that it’s a loss leader to get people into the store. Most people end up not liking it, and so they try to upsell them into something different. The mattress was quite comfortable and we would have gone ahead with the purchase however with the very low selection of headboards we decided to wait until we found one we liked and then will buy the mattress the next time it comes on sale.

It’s only the mattress, you need to get the boxspring separately — and would need to get a lower profile boxspring because the mattress is so thick.

Hey Boo, there is a Sealy mattress on sale too $199-$499, posted it on FC.. but I think the quality on that one is pretty mediocre. Does this one come with boxspring too?
