You must sign in to or register for SmartSaver account in order to print form, and there is a limit of one print of each offer per member. The qualifying product must be purchase between July the 25th and August the 21st, 2016. Your request for a rebate must be received by September 21st, 2016. Once received your rebate will be processed and you can expect a cheque to arrive within six to eight weeks.
