Do NOT go to first choice hair cutters they totaly fucked up my hair. Firstly I said a leave it a little past my shoulders wtf they cut it much shorter wtf if I wanted a mans hair cut I would have asked for it. Secondly the bitch had to bring out a book to see what I meant by short layers and to see how I wanted it. I’ll tell you I have gone to millions of places in my life and not anyone was so stupid. Louise, I think adults can buy them, but you can only use them if you are a student (What sense would it be in making something like this that couldn’t be given as a gift?), And most people that are student aged aren’t old enough to have a credit card anyways
