You must pay with your registered Starbucks Card. I need a whopping 15 stars needed to get my $5 – which is not really a hot offer like the 4 stars offer is! The offer does not depend on your star rating. Some Gold Star members will get higher stars needed to earn.

My wife got this email and needs 12 stars. She hasn’t used her card in over a month.
I earned 101 stars last month alone -and didn’t get this offer at all. Which is pretty typical for me.
Starbucks showers their worst customers with offers which are better and made available more often.
Not so for their best customers. I guess Starbucks figures they have their business already so why bother trying…
loyalty at sb gets you no where. I’m gold 4 years, and no email, go once a day. Time to stop going to sb for a couple months.

31 stars…WTF. Starbucks should reward their best customers rather than make us gather the most stars. Until I saw this I assumed everyone’s email would be 31 stars because there are 31 days in October.

I also haven’t gotten an email at all. I go to Starbucks once a week… and I am getting other emails from them, but lately they’ve just been regular promos with no offer at all, or occasionally bonus stars. I didn’t think once a week was so regular that they can’t throw me a $1 off every so often. 🙁

The fine print said the e-card would be delivered by Nov. 11 but I have not received mine yet.
