I have used them for about 18 months now. Have had no issues and cheaper then the other main providers.
Was never a fan of TekSavvy’s prices. At my previous work, everyone would sing the praises of TekSavvy, but I think it is only because they thought that TekSavvy was the ONLY other player aside from Bell and Videotron here in Quebec. I myself use Innsys, it’s cable internet (so it’s much faster than DSL if you are far from the central station like I was…those close to the central station will get the same speeds as cable, so nothing to lose as far as speed goes.) I bought my modem for $100 , there was $15 activation fee, and other than that, I pay $30 a month for no-contract, completely unlimited download and upload bandwidth internet with no silly ‘fair use policy’ behind it (essentially, if you use other services more than the provider thinks is reasonable, they can charge you extra or cut off your service…check your terms of service for questionable practices such as this). Finally, through services such as TextNow, my internet-based home phone, including unlimited incoming and outgoing calls, voicemail, caller ID, and unlimited incoming and outgoing SMS and MMS text messages costs me NOTHING (users can use the website interface for this, but using the smartphone or tablet app works much better).
