This is my experience. Some of the staff at Sephora are unpleasant. When you ask for samples, they give you a cool reception. I came in to get the Mineral powder make-up sample a couple of weeks ago at Yorkdale. The saleswoman could not muster a greeting or a smile. They make you feel like a panhandler asking them for money. If you ask for a perfume sample, quite often you get the same coldness. Bottom line for me-the samples are not worth that kind of treatment. Upper management, are you listening? I will rather spend my money at Murale, where they are ALL super nice and professional. I’m just saying…

I have just subscribed, but nowhere do I see that I will be sent the FREE Danier Leather and Canvas Clutch, only 2 little bottles of shampoo and conditioner! Have they all gone?

Before I order the subscription for $12.oo plys tax, I want to know if the leather/canvas clutch is still available.
