I love when The Bay takes extra dis­counts off their clear­ance mer­chan­dise.  From Feb­ru­ary 19–25 they are tak­ing an addi­tional 40% off all ready reduced cloth­ing, jew­elry, hand­bags, acces­sories, footwear, lug­gage and more.  They say that with this 40% you are sav­ing up to 70% off the orig­i­nal tick­eted price.
