Its true, american who call centres are often rude and want to blame you that you let their son order a phone from the website, just because they know the password and Credit Card number. Stupid Rude Americans.

Now, now! Not all Americans are rude .… and god knows not all Canadians are POLITE either! I think they did him a favour. He obviously hates his job. He shouldn’t spend his life doing something he hates!
frugiedh, you’ve obviously never workd for customer support… Americans are arguably the rudest customers. There are others who are bad but Candians are, as a group, much more polite.
