BEWARE, I bought some Tupperware freezer to micowave products awhile ago and it contains BPA. When BPA got banned, I called Tupperware to see if they were recalling their products and they told me no because they did not feel that it has been proven that BPA is toxic. They said they have done their own testing and feel it is safe. Are they still producing products using BPA?
I was concerned about BPA as well when I purchased some products last year. I was please to know that not all their products have BPA. If you go to their website they publish a recycling code list of the products, usually by this you can tell which ones have BPA – I believe recycling code 7 is one of them.
Freezer mates are listed as code 4 (lids) and code 5 (container) so I think these don’t have BPA
Tupperware is now ALL BPA free…
