I used to order all the time with no problem just manually putting in my civic address. Then they switched their check out process. Their computer system has to be able to confirm your civic address is real before they accept the order. I put mine in at least 20 different times, and their system said it didn't exists. I've lived in the same place for years, but it's a small side road, so they didn't pick it up as being real. Very annoying, since it is most definatly a legit address. I gave up, canceled my $150 order, and haven't tried since. I emailed them about it too, but just received a generic reply that didn't solve the problem at all.
