Every Tuesday, Via Rail Canada offers travellers great discounts on Escape fares on select Economy and Sleeper class tickets online today. This Tuesday is no exception, with one way fares starting as low as $19!

This week, Via Rail is offering a one way fare between Toronto and Niagara Falls for just $19 (reg $22). This doesn’t equate to much savings, but it reduces the fare enough to make it almost the same price as a GO Transit fare for the same route. If you’re thinking about getting away for the weekend, there are also some pretty good fares such as Toronto to Montreal for just $39 (reg $44).

You have until 11:59pm ET on August 5, 2015 to purchase your discount economy tickets for travel between August 8 and August 14, 2015. For long haul trains you have from August 8, 2015 to September 4, 2015 to travel.
