According to the U.S. Department of Agriculture, the average adult needs to consume about 2000 – 2500 Calories to maintain their weight. In other words, you have a fixed amount of Calories to “spend” each day; based on these pictures, which would you eat?

    Well since I’m on a diet I’d want to eat less food, right? So I’d have to stick with the burgers, fries, and other greasy crap. After all, 1425g of celery is far too much for someone trying to lose weight! 😛

    Apparently you burn more calories eating the celery than you gain by doing so.

    Also, I find it funny how their picture of “Smarties candy” is actually a photo of rocket candy.

    I noticed that as well! I just add large amounts of veg. to everything I cook.. you have to cook less often that way as well! And lower calories per portion I bet.
