   On FB, there is a mes­sage to go to the Cafe,buy a Healthy Res­o­lu­tions item and then you’ll get a free pedometer.

   “To get your pedome­ter just visit a Williams Fresh Cafe, grab a Healthy Res­o­lu­tions menu item and you’ll get your free pedometer.”

   Here’s an idea that will rack up the num­bers on your new pedome­ter — instead of doing “drive-thru” actu­ally park your car and walk into a cof­fee shop.
