@ Chantal — I signed up a month earlier before my birthday for the rewards card and mailing list in-store and subscribed to their online mailing list as well, but I didn’t receive any coupon in any of my e-mails nor in my mailbox and they told me that I can’t redeem it in-store unless I have the coupon! It’s ridiculous! Also, if I don’t receive my coupon this year, then that means that I’ll never receive any birthday coupons from them, making it even more ridiculous, as well as I might even make a complaint about all of this as well!

I went there got the products i want i saved about 80 dollars on this shopping trip and i used a 10 dollar off coupon to get even more savings.

I love Yves Rocher. Usually the amount of gifts depends on how much you purchase. They also give birthday gifts, so make sure you tell them your birth date. In addition to the gifts, good products and deep discounts, they also reward customer loyalty. On my third order, I got a free jar of night cream (which I use) worth $55.00.
