The other day we posted about a promo code from Well.ca that was limited to first time orders only and also had limited amount of people that could redeem the code. Roots Canada is kicking off their mid-season sale for spring where you can pick up some hot new sale items, that have just been added, for up to 50% off their starting price. The only exclusions to this sale is that it will not include gift cards and items from Roots’ specialty collections, such as Tom Thompson, NFB, Mary Maxim, and Norquay Paddle.

Within the women’s section, most of the products that are marked down by the maximum rate of 50% off are the winter items that are still hanging around, like these cozy fleece leggings (now $24.98) and cashmere fleece pants (now $64.98). That being said, I was still fortunate enough to find some good deals on products that are from more recent seasons. For instance, this spring Bryde coat is now on sale for $79.99, though before it was selling for $130.

The same can be said for the men’s sale, as most of the products that are being sold for 50% off (or more) are from the winter collection. Like this York Fleece shirt, which is now only $34.98, though before was selling for $78. A nice spring jacket that I found while digging through the sale was this men’s gardener jacket, made from 100% cotton. The jacket is now on sale for just $89.99, though before it was being sold for $138.

There isn’t a large selection to choose from in the leather mid-season sale, though I did happen across this beautiful side-bag, called the Monique Bag Prince. Considering that this cross-seasonal bag is normally sold for $248, paying the reduced price of $198.99 wouldn’t be that bad, especially since you’ll be able to use it year-round.

It’s not always easy to find amazing deals on those weekly essentials that appear on our shopping lists such as meat, produce, and items such as eggs, but not this week! Beginning today, and ending Wednesday of next week, Freshco Ontario is offering eggs for an amazing price, and it you have the right coupon, you can get 2 dozen eggs for $2, or $1 each.

In the flyer beginning today, May the 28th, Freshco Ontario has Compliments dozen large grade A cartons of eggs for $1.14 off, or $1.50. There is a coupon out right now for $1 off when you buy 2 dozen eggs. Use this coupon and pay only $1 for each dozen when you buy two. It is a tear pad coupon, so you may have to do some hunting in the stores where you typically find your coupons. Unfortunately there is no print version available at the moment, so you will definitely need the tear pad coupon.

There will likely be a limit on the eggs in store so if you want to stock up on eggs you should probably be prepared to do multiple transactions.

To launch their new tea, Davids Tea Canada is offering shoppers who spend $75 or more online the chance to also receive a free 100g tin of Yogi Berry tea when you enter the promo code, FREEYOGI, at checkout. Forever 21 Canada has opened up their semi-annual lingerie sale, where you can save up to 50% off on bras, bralettes, panties and, of course, lingerie. This sale is open to both in-store and online shoppers, which is good to know since a lot of the bras are already selling out online – particularly the ones that are being sold for only $3.90!

FREE tickets to the screening of Game of Thrones Season 5 finale are now available to be requested from Cineplex Canada, as the company has decided once again to offer free showings of the popular HBO show’s season finale in theatres across Canada. About a month ago we posted about these NHL Ultimate Fan Luxury Throws that Walmart Canada was selling for half-off their regular price of $25. Walmart has just dropped the price on these NHL Luxury Throws once more, as they are now almost a quarter of the price they were originally being sold for, just $7.

Sadly, the only style that is still available online is the Edmonton Oilers Ultimate Fan Luxury Throw, though if you are lucky, you may be able to find one of the other three throws at your nearest Walmart retail location.

On Amazon.ca they were selling the play yard in a Kontiki pattern for $95.09, and on Toys R Us they were selling a pink patterned model for $54.99 USD (about $68.66).

This Cosco play yard, since it has a mesh wall, would allow for you to keep an eye on your baby while you move freely across the lawn, or even the house if you’re using it as an indoor playpen.
