Sears Canada will be opening up their inventory reduction sale to the general public tomorrow, but we were able to secure you a sneak peek at some of the offers they will have available in this limited time sale. Within the sale, you will be able to save on furniture, outdoor living, tools and decor by up to 50% off the original retail value.
Within the outdoor living section, there wasn’t as much selection in terms of patio furniture and larger lounging pieces that would be ideal for relaxing by the pool. I was however able to find a Alpha Collection ‘Stripe’ Indoor/Outdoor Rug for just $30, though it was previously being sold for double that. When I compared this sale price with the other retailers from around the web, I discovered that it was by far the least expensive as eBay.ca was selling a model for $275.02 and another person was selling it through eBay for $119.99, which was the same price that Toys R Us Canada was selling the exact same model for.

VIA Rail Canada has brought back their weekly discounted Tuesday fares, where everyone, even if you’re sleeper class, can save on Escape fares. You must book your tickets before 11:59pm EST tonight to qualify for the discounts, and if you’re travelling in Economy class seats then you must book your dates of travel for between:
- April 8th-14th, if you’re travelling within the Quebec City-Windsor corridor
- or April 8th-May 5th, if you’re travelling on long-haul trips
Within the Sleeper class seats, you can save up to 50% off within the VIA Rail discount Tuesday sale, with select one-way routes costing as little as $179. You can even get a one-way Sleeper class ticket from Halifax to Quebec City for just $201.50, though it would normally cost you $403.
This sale will only be available until midnight tonight, and the last date to travel within the Sleeper Class sale will be May 18th.
