Buffalo Jeans Canada is combining two great offers to make for an amazing deal this week when you shop online. The first of which is that you can take an extra 40% off on already reduced merchandise, though this discount won’t be reflected on the website, once you add the item to your cart the extra savings will be applied. While checking through the Hudson’s Bay Canada’s winter clearance sale, I was able to find some hot deals on both men’s and women’s apparel and footwear. Men’s footwear, however, seemed to be the winner in terms of savings collected today as there were boots from brand names like Cole Haan, Tommy Hilfiger, Clarks and more marked down by up to 70% off the regular price. These men’s Eron Lace Up Tommy Hilfiger boots, for instance, were originally being sold for $200 but are currently on sale for just $60.

And even if you’re not looking for winter shoes, you can grab some seriously cheap men’s footwear. Clarks are being sold for as low as $80 ($100-$120 off the regular price) and men’s Adidas runners can be bought for as little as $64 (originally $160).

VIA Rail Canada is having a discounted Tuesday special offer today, where you can save on select last minute routes if you travel by either Economy or Sleeper class. To take advantage of these savings however, you had better act quickly and plan even quicker since the special fare will only be available until 11:59pm EST.

You will also have to travel on or after Wednesday, January 28th and your return ticket must be booked with VIA Rail on or before Tuesday, February 3rd.

There is a select number of seats available at this discounted rate, but with a quick itinerary mapping out I was able to find a roundtrip ticket from Toronto to Montreal, booked in Economy, for just $88.14.

To give you an idea of what this trip would normally cost, I looked at next week’s fares for the exact same itinerary and this trip would end up costing me $42.94 more than if I booked the trip for this weekend; which is contradictory to the normal fashion, as when you book closer to your travel date it is normally more expensive.

Starbucks Canada Rewards Program members should check their e-mails this morning to see the specifically catered coupon that has been added to your account. This coupon will vary depending on what your status is, Gold or Green, and also upon what products you normally purchase with your registered Starbucks Card.

For instance, while I received an e-mail for my Starbucks Rewards Account for a 50% off coupon that can be used on any tea latte after 2pm until February 2nd, others have received different coupons for other hot beverages. Another example of the kind of coupon you could have received is a 50% off discount on any Americano you purchase after 2pm until February 2nd.

Since I regularly purchase Chai Lattes, I believe they have specially marketed my coupon to be in my interest – as your coupon will be to your personal preferences.
