Roots ships from stores and often cancels sale items. i have waited 3 weeks to get2 of my 4 items and one is still missing in action. As well the item they cancelled they sent me an offer for $20 off an order but gave me only 4 days to use it. Also have to spend the $75 to get free shipping yet the item they would have sent me would have been covered. Logically they should also offer free shipping on the coupon and give a person at least 30 days to use. I think I am done with them. Their new CEO stopped offering friends and family 4 times a year since the pandemic. Once this pandemic is over they will certainly go under – there is no thank you to the customer!
