At Starbucks, the arrival of the red cup in our stores has always been an iconic symbol of the start of the holiday season. Ordering will open each day at 12:00PM ET and will only stay open until we reach the daily 250 maximum. Thanks very much for sharing. Got the page to load and typed my information in but when I got to the province field and used the pull down list, it gave me no provinces. I hate when websites don’t work.

  7. kate says:

you cant put in your province to order, assuming it is sold out for today

  8. jay says:

isn’t it just the paper red cup they sell drinks in?

  9. Diane says:

Hoping to get one of these 🙂

  10. Annie says:

Wow….I jumped on this as soon as it was open, and still wasn’t able to fill in the “Province” field. Too popular, I guess. Thanks for posting.

  11. Robyn says:

says all cups are gone 🙁

  12. pam louis says:

    love starbucks!

  13. Dj says:

still wont let you sign up

  14. B says:

Is this just the red cardboard cup that you get when you order your drink? If it is, seems like a lot of effort for something you’re just going to throw away.

  15. rhonda says:

yep I couldnt fill in any of the fields… perhaps another scam?

  16. shantayl says:

from what i’ve googled, this is just the same cup they give everyone at starbucks when you order a beverage! Not worth fighting with the website to load IMO!!!

  17. Annie says:

Are you serious? LOL This is just for the plain cardboard cup? hahahaha….boy, do I ever feel ‘played.’ Too funny!

  18. lisa says:

Why is everyone getting so excited about a disposable cup?

  19. Sandra5 says:

HAHAHA! This is for a paper cup!

  20. Dark_Angel says:

I think the majority of us thought it was a plastic reusable cup.

  21. mISSY says:

    Is this a joke ?

  22. Laura says:

I know this is a pretty useless cardboard cup yet part of me still wants it…

  23. Jonathan says:

“You missed 0 fields. They have been highlighted.” What does this mean???

  24. san says:

is it me or is the page not loading? site overload!

  25. Theresa says:

Glad to know it is for a paper cup. I will stop trying to get one. Thought it was ceramic.

  26. jackie says:

failed to open.. o well!! 0_o

  27. derek says:

Got one! Thanks for the post!

  28. Amy says:

So much effort, time and money put into the advertising of a paper cup. lol

  29. Ruth-Ann says:

Same problem with provinces yesterday. the ‘submit’ button didn’t work. then today, they said sold out from before and during the time (11 CST). But if this really is just a paper cup, it’s way too much effort ! Also, they’re really spending $$ to mail out paper cups for one time personal/home use?? I’d prefer they cut the beverage prices!

  30. saver says:

this must be a reusable cup, non?

  31. Jessica says:

“I know this is a pretty useless cardboard cup yet part of me still wants it…”

LOL, I don’t know why, but I feel the same way.

  32. Viv says:

this sounds pretty stupid…a paper cup…

  33. sand says:

  34. Tropical Oasis says:

I came home to find a small package waiting for me in front of my door. I opened it and discovered the red Starbucks cup. I thought, Wow, they are shipping a paper cup within a cardboard package. After removing the cup, I discovered, to my surprise, two instant Starbucks beverage mixes (coffee and hot chocolate.) In addition, there was a $5.00 gift card to be activated online. There was also a statement about getting a free beverage on one’s birthday. (I’ll read the fine print in more detail when I have time.)

    • FallenPixels says:

@Tropical Oasis, you get the free birthday drink by registering the gift card for My Starbucks Rewards and inputting your birthday, they will send you an email to show when you use your card
