On July 17th and 18th The Real Canadian Superstore in Ontario is having a 20x the PC points promotion. During the last 20x event giftcard were included so for every $100 in giftcards you purchased you recieved enough PC points to redeem for a $20 giftcard. Not sure if this is on at all of the Loblaws chain stores but it was printed on the RCSS reciepts in Ontario so keep your eyes peeled at the stores near you.

Perhaps the blog post should be updated to clarify that for every $100 purchased during this event, you earn enough for $20 IF you pay via PC Mastercard; only $10 if you pay via PC debie. I know that it’s in the Discussion Forum, but it’s not currently on the blog. Thanks.
Hahaha…I meant “debit”. But if you can get Debbie to pay too, even better.
Ohhhhhh-I really hope that they make gift cards eligible again-I could use them for budgeting AND get the extra points!!!
Well, that wasn’t obvious spam at all…
There’s been a lot of spam recently… maybe old threads should be locked automatically after a month or so of no posting, so that at least when spam gets posted it’s only bumping up newer threads that aren’t long expired. Kind of annoying to click on a great deal and then realize it’s from 2008 — plus then you get people who don’t realize it’s old and start commenting on it again and asking why it isn’t valid.
Just heard on the news that RCSS, Loblaws and Zehrs are going on strike.
Well I think it is very good that they aren’t allowing us to get the giftcards because then they are losing money and hen we will just have to pay more on all the products
