Last minute holiday shoppers can look forward to a stress free shopping experience with Amazon.ca’s new delivery options, which includes same-day delivery on select items within Toronto and Vancouver. The service will be offered on select items, which includes:
- movies, video games and consoles (e.g. the Xbox 360)
- packaged goods, like food and beverages
- pantry items, like toothpastes, shaving cream and toiletries
- cleaning supplies and laundry detergent
To ensure that your order arrives the day you order it, Amazon requires that you place it before 12pm. The price of this convenience will come at a price for regular Amazon shoppers, $11.99 flat fee plus an extra $1.99 per item, but for the Prime membership holders it will only be a $6.99 flat fee.
