If the price drops below the $39.99 it would no longer qualify for free shipping and handling would it not?. Or is there any loop hole with the price matching policy where you can still get free s/h if the price drops after you pre order?
no it would still qualify for free shipping. They actually dont refund you anything if the price drops until the day after the release, by then its already shipped
