There are a number of pieces included within the Banana Republic sale that, contrary to what you may believe, are not winter restrictive. For instance, I was able to find this men’s slim-fit colour block linen short sleeve shirt in the sale, and it is already reduced to $38.99. After the extra 30% off, however, it will be further reduced to $28.

For the ladies there are some simple layering tees and tanks that you can pick up in this sale, that would work well for your transition from winter to spring. For instance, this brightly coloured linen ver, in a seasonably appropriate grapefruit yellow, is currently on sale for just $32.99.
