This offer seems to insist on a cell phone number being entered. What if you don’t have one?

The Baskin Robbins in Niagara Falls refused to accept the coupon.…reasons?.…“we don’t take printed/emailed coupons” and the other Niagara Falls location said “we don’t take coupons because we’re an express location”.…unbelievable!!

My birthday is tomorrow and I did receive the coupon. The only problem is I dont have a BR in a convienent loction.
mommaC that is unbelievable. It’s from their own website! Maybe this coupon is just a ploy to get you into the place where they figure you’ll buy it anyway because your there (or have a child who is expecting to get an ice cream).
