This offer is valid one per customer and per store visit regardless of the amount spent.  There is a $3 coupon valid for next week but you will only get the free shopping bag if you spend $15 after all discounts and before taxes.

This promotion used to have a $10 spending threshold so it is sad to see it increase so much for just a bag, but I find that Bulk Barn bags do hold up well to continued use.
