    Dang, I wish I came across this a few weeks ago. Does any­one read­ing know where Bell makes these kinds of things pub­lic? Should I be look­ing in my mailer a bit closer?

    Bell never tells you any­thing unless you com­plain. They take you to the clean­ers and offer no incen­tives. They should pro­mote, in other words be proac­tive rather then reac­tive to loyal customers.
