I bought one of these when my $90 Belkin transmitter broke . . . it actually works way better. They sell out fast though, my local Canadian Tire’s each get in 300 for every sale, and they are gone within the day.
Works really well with the Ipod nano 3G, the newest nano. Only drawback is it is linited to 88.1, 88.3, 88.5, 88.7 and 88.9. In Toronto, 88.3 works well but some places that have strong stations in all these frequencies can cause some interference.
Does anyone know if this will work with the Iphone? Also in my city there is a channel 88.7 which is pretty strong do you think I could get away with 88.1 without interference?
Thanks
Call the store before wasting the time of going there and finding they are sold out (like me 😉 )
Tons at the kitchener waterloo locations
I called first and picked one up this afternoon – still waiting to test it on both or 80gb Ipod and our Itouch
I bought 2 of those and they are great 😀
wow what a fantastic deal for $10!
just picked up two of these. lots available in ottawa at bank and heron (in a bin by the front door).
works pretty darn good – some static when there is a lot of bass – but otherwise very impressed with the quality – especially for 10 bucks – can’t really go wrong!
