    Vit­a­min K1 — Nat­ural (good) or

    Vit­a­min K2 — Nat­ural (not as great) or

    Vit­a­min K3 ( very bad, called Menadione).….Synthetic ana­logue of K1/K2

    I always found the most effec­tive way to get every one of your B vit­a­mins is to just take a mutli-B sup­ple­ment every morn­ing. they have 100% of the RDA. Also some of the finest resources of nat­ural vit­a­mins are always found in fruit and veg­eta­bles, you can’t go wrong with them.
