Time to stock up on lightbulbs if you are an Ontario resident.  Most of the saveONenergy coupons are always available online but during these in-store promotions, you can usually find discounted light bulbs to make the deal even hotter and use coupons at stores that do not usually take coupons like Dollarama.

The ad shown is from the Giant Tiger flyer, with various LED bulbs at $0.99 each after coupon and multipacks of three bulbs for just $1.50.  You do not have to use the coupons on the bulbs shown, just make sure they have the little blue EnergyStar logo to be eligible for the discount.

The bigger stores such as Walmart, Lowes and Canadian Tire often have separate displays for these discounted bulbs that may not be with the rest of the lighting.  Often they are near the cash registers or end of the aisle displays.  So look around for the best deals.  Typically, you will save $3 on a regular single bulb, $8 on a multipack and $5 on specialized bulbs.
