    On the sign up page at the bot­tom it says “for UK residents”

    Cut and paste from the page in question:

    “† Offer sub­ject to avail­abil­ity, one appli­ca­tion per house­hold, valid for UK res­i­dents only aged 16 years and over. We will endeav­our to deliver within 28 days.”
