re: security code — they’re case sensitive
I got a sample of everything in above picture offered, but only checked the non-chemical type products (so no shampoo, deo, or the like).. more for everyone else
does it matter what u select when it askes what you use, as to how many samples they will send you. Last time I only got 2 but my friend got 7
although 2 free is still better than no free

I just went through the whole sign up and selection process… at the end of the process I got the message. “Due to overwhelming support of this program, all the online samples have been requested. This offer was only available for a limited time.” So, pretty much a waste of time now since they’ve run out.
this is the third site that it telling me my postal code is invalid. What the heck.
I’ve tried to do this four times — it keeps “saying” invalid address, etc. something is not right here and why??
that happened to me last night too, it keep saying invalid security code, and then I re-started and it worked. Keep trying, but start over each time from the beginning

can someone explain to me what case sensitive means?
Case sensitive means that if the security code shows you letters that are in upper case and lower case, the code that you type in must match the case. So, if the code was WdQn5, you would have to type it in exactly the same and not “wdqn5” nor “WDQN5”.
I also had security code issues but once only.
ElsaLAbbe, it just means that if you see a lower case letter ( e ) or an upper case letter (E) in the security box, then you have to type it the same way for it to be effective.
Worked for me — wow lots of new samples this time around -

I cannot get this to work at all. When I sign in using my previous username and password, it takes me to a page that has by saved info, but asking me to reconfirm password & email. I do, and it says account already exists. I can’t get past this point. I tried for myself, DH and my mother. UGGHH!

The website doesn’t work. Tried to register but it brings me back to the same page asking me for my email and password. I think the promo is over.
I have always got the samples. I tried and was successful.Not sure why others have the problem. Doesn’t seem fair.

It depends on the answers to the first 2 questions (ie: what products have you used.. and which brand shaver you use..
On my account, I selected Dove, Fructis, and one other (don’t remember) and Fusion for razor, and it gave me 1 whole sample of a Mach3 dispozable..
My bro did the same on his acccount, but selected “none of the above” for products, and Mach3 system for razor, and he got the “Due to overwhelming support of this program, all the online samples have been requested.…”.
Go figure… And both were done within minutes of eachother, and they are different addresses and all…
I got great samples this time around! 2 samples from pantene, mach razor, pads/liners, dove clinical strength.

I never received my samples.. and yet I know I ordered them because when I went back to the site it told me that I had already ordered them. Did this happen to anyone else?
Ours only arrived a couple of days ago… Don’t lose hope yet — we thought ours were never coming too!
Does anyone know what’s going on with brandsampler? I see the site has changed and I can’t seem to get an answer… are they getting ready to post new samples? I think something might happen this week… anyone know anything? I’ll be checking because their samples are usually pretty good. Let me know if you know anything
Brandsampler will be available starting May 1, 2010. I received an email from them recently.
