I signed up a long time ago and never received anything.
The only hard-copy I’ve ever received from Rouge was before I signed up. Since then, I’ve been getting their email newsletters but I wish they continued to send the hard-copy b/c they came with great coupons that didn’t need to be printed, and it was small enough to stick in my bag to read on the bus.

This magazine only comes 2x a year, I’m pretty sure, so that’s why you haven’t been receiving it. I’m stoked to receive my 2nd magazine though

I used to receive copied in the mail, but I haven’t received anything lately even though I signed up. I really enjoyed reading those and the coupons too! Everything seems to be digital nowadays and although it is a great initiative to be green, I really prefer hardcopies of anything rather than online.
It says on the form that it is only twice a year.
