Personally I dont want to wear a pad; period or poise. It seems like its just masking the issue. I have been using Uresta for about 2 months and its been fantastic. No pads, no surgery, and its made in Canada! Completely solves the problem, and amazingly comfortable. If you haven’t heard about it you should look into them. EASILY the best option!
