    To Whom It May Concern,

I found the website and code inside the cereal box, however, I have been unable to locate the place to enter the code that will allow me to choose my free book.

    Elizabeth

note: I enjoyed the cereal with the fruit.

  3. Boo Radley

Susan, thanks for your feedback :-)

Elizabeth, here is where to enter the code:
    – Go to http://www.biteintobooks.com/main.asp
    – wait until the intro ends and you get a bookshelf.
    – click on “Choose My Free Book” and you will get a page to enter the code :-)

Elizabeth, your web browser must have flash installed to see the page. If you can’t see anything on the page you need to go to
    http://www.adobe.com/shockwave/download/index.cgi?P1_Prod_Version=ShockwaveFlash
    and download and install Flash

    Hope that helps :-)

    Hello Michelle
I don’t work for General Mills so I can’t really help solve this problem. I think the best solution is to phone them and hopefully they’ll be able to help you out.

The General Mills phone number is:
    1–800-767‑5350 between (9:00 a.m. — 7:00 p.m. ET, weekdays)

Hope this helps you out and please let us know how things go :-)

hi i have just entered my secret code. then when it came to the instruction that ” I HAVE TO CHECK IF I ENTERED THE RIGHT CODE”, i checked on it and it is missing the first two letters. so i re-encoded it again and it did the same thing. i hope there won’t be any problem that would arise.

thanks and i hope to receive my free book by next month.

  7. Boo Radley

    You’re welcome evelyn :-)
I don’t think this error will cause any problems and I hope you get your book soon. Let us know when you do :-)

I cannot read some of the computer-generated codes on the cereal boxes. Is there a pattern so that I can guess at the letters or numbers. I’ve found that this is the case in about half of the cereal boxes I’ve bought.

    Thanks,

    Nat
