On Tues­day, March 9, 2010 only, get a $10 Cana­dian Tire Promo Card when you spend $40 or more. Pur­chase must be $40 before taxes, exclud­ing Gift Cards, auto ser­vice labour, Mark’s Work Wear­house, and other selected mer­chan­dise. Promo Card must be redeemed by April 8, 2010.

    I am very dis­ap­pointed with the Promo Gift Card; it was a very embar­rass­ing sit­u­a­tion at a Cana­dian Tire Gas Bar. Accord­ing to the Cana­dian Tire web­site, Gift Cards can be used, but appar­ently “PROMO GIFTCARDS” have restric­tions. Is a Gift Card, not a Gift Card? Con­sumers should be told about any restric­tions, or have it clearly printed on the Gift Card where it can or can­not be used.
