I purchase a hand held mixer and sent the rebates request with receipt and UPC codes. I have called to follow up, but were told to wait several weeks for processing. I checked online occasionally on the status, and finally called to verify the status. And they said they never received the receipt and UPC code through the internet. So I faxed those in twice afterwards, but were told it’s past the promotional period. MAD!!! This company is a joke!
