You can submit your receipt online through the link below, using offer code 674K6. There is a limit of refund per individual, family, or household. When you submit your receipt, make sure you record the UPC or the qualifying product on the receipt, and circle the purchase price. Don’t forget that with these rebates you are also usually required to submit a picture of the bar code on the product, so be sure to include that picture as well. If your receipt is really long make sure you are able to meet all of these requirements with a maximum of three pictures, as that is the most you are able to upload!
