The Children’s Place is having their final winter clearance sale. There are discounts of up to 89% and items starting at $2.99. This sale is going on online and instore. If you are shopping online, they have a reasonable flat fee shipping rate of $8. I like to see if anyone else wants to order with me to split the shipping. I have a few kids birthdays coming up and I’ve gotten into the habit of giving an outfit and a toy so I’m off to see what they have to offer!

There are only a handful of items to choose from. I didn’t even bother to click on it, probably even less choices in sizes left. AND I couldn’t find something at 80% off.
I agree with NT — VERY little winter stock left online (well, for ‘Baby Boys’ anyway) — they’re constant ‘sale’ notices are getting annoying, because there’s virtually nothing ON sale online! Just put away the stock and focus on spring already!
That said, I did visit some of the stores about a week ago, and they did have a better selection of winter stock. But that was a week ago
Last spring, I bought my son a really nice London Fog 2-piece snowsuit at The Bay for $21.00. Really good quality. It often seems more expensive to buy separate pieces from Children’s Place or Please Mum on clearance!
I did buy a size 5 parka for him at Old Navy last year (won’t fit him until next year) and it cost $10. Was able to buy black skipants that match at Sears using $10 Sears Club points plus the 40% on clearance. Ended up paying less than $3 for the skipants.
The best thing is that he has a little brother who will also get use out of things when he outgrows them!

I used the “VIP savings” one that they give you in-store. It is reuseable from Jan 17 — Jan 30. I don’t know if it helps at all, but mine has a webcode “2J6EF7TH3DD” on it. Hopefully that works.
