Bison Striploin has 23 to 30% more protein than beef with only a 1/4 of the fat content that beef contains. Despite what people might think, Bison also does not have that bad of a gamy or wild taste. This meet is federally inspected and from FREE range raised bisons with no additives or hormones added to their diet.
The instructions for members receiving this product is to open the package immediately when it arrives, and verify the temperature is below 4C. Frozen product that has thawed should not be re-frozen. Refrigerate or Freeze immediately!
