This is probably old news by now but I just came across the second episode on youTube so I thought I’d mention it here.
Last Thursday CTV accidentally aired the wrong episode of Grey’s Anatomy! They aired the second episode of Season 3 instead of the season premier! I’m sure many Canadian fans are frustrated and CTV’s action is unjustifiable. What’s very interesting though is how our American neighbours are trying to watch the second episode in advance! The second episode got leaked onto youTube today:

CTV has stated that they were sent the wrong episode by the network and could not control the situation.
I saw the 2nd episode and thought there was something a bit strange… I wondered what happened with Izzy especially and how Grey and McDreamy seemed so chummy. At the end of the episode I was wondering who the last guy was… so I decided to watch it on time shift. That’s when I discovered that it was the wrong episode!!!! I saw a completely different episode!!!!! I was like… omg- someone is so going to get fired.
