Is Canada’s Wonderland no longer Paramount Canada’s Wonderland?

    When did that happen??

  2. Lynette

You will need photo id and Rogers business card or proof of employment.

  3. Boo Radley

Jim, it got bought by Cedar Fair Entertainment Company who owns the famous Cedar point in Ohio

Lynette, many people have used this last year… they never really ask for id ;-)

  4. Jim Squires

Neat! They’re the same people who owned Darien Lake when I was growing up (before it was a Six Flags park). That spells nothing but good news. I guess I’m going to the park this year. :)

I hope they’ve kept Hanna Barbara Land.

  5. joel

yeah but this the first yr since a nice coaster was butilt. werent there plans for a MI3 one???

  6. Teresa

i believe it actually got bought by Viacom…movie production company…

  7. Luwebby

has anyone tried to use these yet? just wondering if they do indeed as for some kind of proof…doubt it anyway since it says for family and friends of Rogers…

It’s the best savings I think…a really big differnce in price…$29.00 as opposed to $51.40 for an adult day pass.

    Thanks for the info!!

  8. PETER

Nope, they wont ask a thing

I used it a couple days ago

  9. Denis

I was at wonderland last week-end and they did not ask for photo ID. Even when you purchase the ticket on Canada’s Wonderland’s website, it says: For families and friends of Rogers. I purchased my tickets for $29.00 using this tip. Excellent saving. Thanks for the tip!!!

Do I have to purchase tickets online first or can I use this company code to get the same deal purchasing in person

  11. Scott

If you go to ebay.ca there is a few people trying to sell instructions on how to get this deal for $5:00 US.

  12. JOel

Its the same thing as they are selling but here it is FREE INFORMATION

    Hey Guys,

Just wanted to let you all know that as per a comment above some form of proof of employment is required for this ticket offer. I used to work for Rogers and took advantage of this ticket deal before, got to the gate without proof of employment and they wouldnt allow me to pick up the tickets. Fortunately I had a paystub in the car.

If you’re looking for cheap wonderland tix just stop by a Pizza Pizza or Pharmaplus in Ontario and get a coupon for 34.95 admission!

    Cheers

  14. joel

Well the Rogers coupoons says FRIENDS AND FAMILY of Rogers employees so thet qualifys alot of people

  15. Sarwat Jalal

does anyone know about how long it takes for the tickets to be shipped to you? and what other shipping and tax charges apply? thanks

Cedar Fairs did buy Wonderland not Viacom as suggest by another poster. The transaction happened last year on June 30th. There are no paramount parks left as all of them were purchased by Cedar Fairs. I have not been to Wonderland in probably 20 yrs and I am more likely to return soon.

    I am a Cedar Point fanatic :-)
