- Add your items
- Use the promo code
- Checkout with Paypal link (do not sign into elf)
- Sign into Paypal
- Confirm your payment
- Page takes you back to Elf final confirmation, you will see $6.95 ($8.00) Canada
- Confirm
- The $8 goes away for some reason and your paypal will be charged the $6.95

Wow! Sally, I followed your instructions very carefully. The first time it didn't work, so I didn't hit 'place order'. I tried again, and the second time I got the 50% discount, and FREE shipping. According to my receipt from ELF, and my receipt from PayPal, my #21 of Studio cosmetics cost me $10.50! No tax, no shipping, just $10.50. Thank you!!
