I did not receive the 20% discount as advertised on the website even though I spent well over $50 before taxes etc. Either this is a massive glitch in which hundreds if not thousands of customers are being short changed or this is FALSE advertising!!! I’ve e-mailed Forever 21 but have yet to receive a response!!!
I ordered so stuff off the site early this week. It was easy to navigate and has good product descriptions and pictures. The prices were outstanding and I got the discount plus free shipping. The only problem I had was that, when I looked at email of the order being sent, one item had a potential size mistake. I could not look at my purchase record on my account at the site (or couldn’t figure out how)to see if there was a discrepancy. I contacted the customer service, not about changing the order (it was too late), but inquiring what exactly my original order was for and if this was my mistake or that of the order picker. Basically, I wanted them to tell me what my original order was. I got back a rather irritating form letter that did not at all answer my question. I guess they haven’t hired enough canadian staff yet to get the service part together.…I look forward to seeing what I get…

I went on the site but im pretty dissapointed in the sizing.
I havent had a bust that small in there ”large” since I was 17 and 110 pounds.
Pretty dissapointing that there sizing sucks so much, the store should be called ”forever 21 in teenage sizes, and also excluding anyone whos ever had a child or bigger then a b cup chest”

I have shopped at the Edmonton location of this store, and really enjoyed their products. Like any online shopping it is always better to have tried the sizing of their brands on previously.
I have placed my third (very large) order and have been extremely satisfied with the service. The sizing is accurate, and consistant between items, and the prices are unbeatable!

I purchased some items on sale in the Forever 21 Canadian website and one of the items charged was the wrong price. The item was and still is advertised at $5.99 yet in my order summary, they charged me 24.80 minus the 20%. When I called Customer Service, they told me there was nothing they could do. Isn’t this a case of false advertisement and if so, what is my next course of action?

Ash, you can go to the site and on the bottom there is a “Track order” option. just type in your order# and email and it shows you exactly what you ordered. it doesn’t give you as much detailed info if you just sign in under your account.
Sally, i’m a D and about 130 lbs and i fit into their Medium sizes just fine, sometimes even a small, so i think you must be exaggerating a bit.
