I have tried to enter this so called servey for years. The survey is always closed. Every month I receive an invitation to enter my certificate number for a chance to win. Next month when I pick up my pills which are usually around $ 200.00, and if the same invitation is on my bill I will request to speak to the manager and insist this be removed from my bill or I will report them for false advertizing as you cannot entice customers with a form of a contest that does not exist. Other businesses have done this and have been fined. It will be interesting how they will delete this from my receipt as it is automatically printed.Everyone should do the same.I bet they do not put this on the web site. Does anyone feel we have grounds for a class action suite?? Any lawyers interested? I will check this out.

could not access the web site to do survey this is not the first or second time this has happened .… I shop at shoppers nearly every week sometimes twice a week usually in London or Exeter for the most part the service in Exeter is better than London.
Add me to the growing list of people frustrated with your survey website and not being able to enter.

I love the store, great sales all the time, customer service terrible, items not scanning at right price always have to check reciept to make sure you get charged the correct amount, Supervisor need more training .… on feb 7TH at 9:05pm accidents happen but you should not have to insist a cashier check your reciept because you know that the amount isn’t right and she forgot to void out items…and then doesn’t want to check the reciept…certificate number:10736911–3391338

We do love to buy anything at shopper drug mart especially the one at market mall. Allthe stuffs that work in there are very friendly to us included all the cashiers , too. And then we also love about the optimum points, too that you let us to redeem and we always get the free things from them . Thank you very much.
