- Click here to go to Google Wallet: https://wallet.google.com/manage/ (Assuming you’ve already logged in to Google/Gmail. If not, login)
- There’s a “gear” icon on the far right, click on it.
- The Page will refresh, change home address to any US address. e.g. 540 Columbus Avenue, New York, NY, 10024, United States
- Open another browser tab (optional).

I’m in canada and it worked for me. You just have to add it to the library after going through the paypal payment of $0.
