BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE, I really can’t believe it!

I was shopping in Garage clothing in Brandon Manitoba yesterday… the service is always bad there, but yesterday was just ridiculous!! 3 people working do you think i could get any help!? I wanted 2 different tops from up high… the “girls” were busy talking with some guy, which of course took priority over a customer! i had to yank both of them off the hanger because i couldn’t reach them!!! it was ridiculous! i finally got one of them to let me in the changeroom, when i needed another size she looked at me like i was from Mars! i bought 2 shirts there, but i doubt i will be going back for a long time! I shop at Garage in Polo Park wpg, & they are just great there!

I am very frustrated because i love the clothes a garage but can never find them in my size at the London mall and just wish i could wear the clothes there HELP

I shop at Garage in Ottawa in Carlingwood. I LOVE the service there, even if ur not going to buy anything at all, they’re still really friendly. I was just wondering though, how long does the sale last until?

I love garage, I shop at Toronto, Ontario garages! I absolutely love the store I find my size there (small,medium) I totally want that zippy sweater thats on sale. most people who know me know I’m totally in love with the store!!!

Garage Rocks.. Thats all I have to say… The clothes, the service, the promo’s and the music… The store actually care about what us customers want.. Garage fan for life!!!!!!!!!

I love their clothes but it definitly isn’t my favorite store. Poor customer service — I agree with the “guys are more important than customers” thing, and it’s SOO loud in there. Always poorly organized as well.

Garage has amazing styles and trends.. but I can agree with many of you on the customer services in certain stores. the one i go to is okay the girls are very outgoing and help you wtih sizes and will actually have a conversation with u. This is especially at the Scarborough town centre location in Scarborough, Ontario. However I have been at locations where I honestly wanted to complain to someone about the crappy service. luckily when I made my purchase they give u an option to do a survey. I did a survey to tell them about the service. I mean it’s better than not saying anything right?
I’ve been browsing on-line more than 3 hours nowadays, yet I by no means discovered any fascinating article like yours. It is beautiful price sufficient for me. Personally, if all website owners and bloggers made just right content as you probably did, the internet can be a lot more helpful than ever before.
