Games that do not support Steam are not stated. They are direct downloads from GMG, but they don’t specifically say that Steam is not supported.
While it’s true most games DO support Steam, all those that do state that they do. The ones that don’t support steam, do not state otherwise…. they just don’t.
ONLY games that say “DRM: Steam” on them are Steam games. It should not be assumed.
