    Has any­one else had a prob­lem with order­ing this. I have called Sears, they do not have a pro­mo­tion or coupon code and say they are hav­ing prob­lems with their sys­tem. All assis­tance appre­ci­ated. Thanks

    Hmmn I had no prob­lem with it, just add it to your bag then buy your stuff from the lan­come sec­tion at Sears.

    XD its a rep­e­ti­tion from their last Gift with Pur­chase, except they switched one of the two lip­stick colours. And again, they got the pic­tures and the cap­tions wrong for Chic and Dra­matic; the pic­ture of prod­ucts for Chic is actu­ally part of the Dra­matic pack­age and vice versa.

    I just called a cou­ple of store loca­tions since I pur­chased some­thing yes­ter­day with no gift given. They told me they don’t have gwp going on, so i’m assum­ing it’s just online.

    it keeps say­ing my order hasn’t met the require­ments..
    but I’m order­ing a 46 dol­lar bronz­ing powder???????

    It’s online only. Theres a 5$ ship­ping fee plus $3 han­dling fee but if you choose to have them deliver it to the store then its a $3 han­dling fee.

    Omy.… I’ve been hav­ing sooo much trou­ble order­ing this stu­pid thing. Before, Sears didn’t even know what the prob­lem was. So appar­ently they’re hav­ing tech prob­lems with the online sys­tem, but if you call the online cus­tomer ser­vice num­ber, they can offer to order it for you over the phone! I just ordered mine that way, hope that helps :)

    When you go to the web­site:
    http://www.sears.ca/content/merchandising/2009/events/lancome

    You can select one of three colour sets:
    080341276 — Nat­ural look
    080341275 — Dra­matic look
    080341274 — Chick look

    When you do this, the sys­tem also adds the fol­low­ing item to your cart:
    941642296 — LANCOM,G.W.P (can’t be added as a cat­a­logue item; it’s a bonus code)

    The prob­lem is that it’s impos­si­ble to meet the ‘cri­te­ria’ of the dis­count code / bonus items tied to the above.. Even if you’re mak­ing a pur­chase of over $34, it won’t go through. Error is:
    The order you have placed does not meet the require­ments for the bonus coupon applied, Please either update your order to meet the require­ments or remove the bonus coupon from your order.

    After talk­ing to Web Sup­port, Cat­a­logue Order­ing, and other depart­ments to no avail, Cus­tomer Ser­vice (1–877-210‑6449) pro­vided me with yet another bonus code:
    941642290 — LANCOM,P.W.P — Sup­pos­edly this is the same thing, but I’m really not sure that it is..

    Any­how — all of that said, I was not able to process this online. Sears is aware of an issue with this and sup­pos­edly work­ing on it. In the mean time, after try­ing to order one last time while on the phone with cus­tomer ser­vice, they gave up on hav­ing me do it and processed the order themselves.

    Try order­ing it online, but if that doesn’t work for you, cut the extra steps and call cus­tomer ser­vice at 1–877-210‑6449, give them the num­ber of the colour set that you want and have them put the order through.. Based on my con­ver­sa­tion, they don’t need either of the bonus codes and can put it through with the ‘080’ num­bers pro­vided above.

    Might take a while to get through, and a while longer to get them to process it, but it’s a great deal in the end.

    This is funny, I was just think­ing about this yes­ter­day. For some weird­mo­tive I stum­bled to this arti­cle lol. I’ll be com­ing back here. This really is a good discovery.…rare for me to stum­ble on new web­sites :)
