  1. I also saw this story on Directory of Hamilton. http://directoryofhamilton.com/blog/?p=1409

    Must be a popular sale.

  2. kathyo says:

You don’t know how popular this sale is! When it was held in downtown Toronto, I waited in line 7 hours. It was freezing cold. My brother-in-law was kind enough to wait with me, as I had to bring my kids home for lunch and back to school while he kept our spot in line. Know your sizing before you go. It was worth the wait.

  3. abfab says:

what kind of discounts can we expect?

  4. hm says:

snap, my city. BUT– i can’t handle lineups. πŸ˜› ..maybe..maybe..

  5. kathyo says:

If I remember correctly, purchased athletic/yoga tanks at 15-30$, pants were around 35$, one jacket for 15$, another for 30$, and about 6 pieces for hubby costing 75$ total. They had gym bags and handbags but they were the first to go. Most of the items weren’t current stock, and colours weren’t the greatest. If you don’t mind wearing past seasons syles then you’ll be pleased. I could have saved the $400 I spent on quantity and gone to the store and bought exactly what I needed, but I am of the more is better mentality!

  6. Mareee says:

I can’t go untill about 6:00 on the Weekdays – is that too late? Going from 6-9????

Also I fell in LOVE with a top that is out EVERYWHERE and got money to go and buy it, it went out of stock (apparently) but can I expect to see it at the sale??

Are the lines long?????? – never been to one before

  7. Mary Cameron says:

The Sale is amazing. I went to the on in Niagara Falls in January and the Thursday when it started there was nothing over $69 but when I went on Saturday there was nothing over $49. So pants and jackets that are usually $100+ were $49. I heard that the Sunday there was nothing over $29.

The lines are crazy, I think I waited for about an hour. This hasn’t been publicized that much so I don’t know how busy it will be. They are very organized too. As for the sizes they had them in sections by size so you just have to go to your section, the clothes aren’t mixed together which was also great. I personally wouldn’t want to try on the clothes because that is another line in itself (which takes longer depending on how many things the people before you go to try on). They put out new stock all the time so they won’t be running out!

  8. mp says:

Any one know if the lululemon warehouse sales carry any of the mens wear i.e. pants, jackets, hoodies, etc?

  9. ME says:

I went to the one in Niagara Falls in January and there was a whole section for men as well. my boyfriend got a great pair of pants for $50 – regular $100. it’s a great sale if you’re willing to spend your day at the warehouse.

  10. Cindy says:

I can only make it on Sunday. Do you think there will be size 2 or size 4 left on Sunday?

  11. mon says:

    I hate you cindy

  12. AM says:

I’m very excited, but wondering aprox. how many people? and will there be lots left on saturday? πŸ™‚

  13. Ciel says:

Thanks for the sale alert! I recently was telling someone how there is no Lululemon store in Hamilton. The closest one is in Oakville.

Best to take the buses into the downtown core if you are local. If you are coming from out of town, any chance that you have a local friend that you could go with on the bus? Parking downtown is dear…

  14. night_star says:

Does anyone know if Lululemon give out/have coupons for their normal stores?

  15. Jackie says:

FYI: They are not set up for this warehouse sale in Hamilton to accept/process Lulu Gift Cards πŸ™ Only debit, credit, or cash… how convenient!

  16. Elizabeth says:

  33. markham girl says:

  35. Steve says:

  36. miss lulu says:

  39. miss lulu says:

    hi

  40. Teresa says:

How long are people waiting in the line up? Does it go quickly or do they limit the number of people allowed in at one time?
    Thanks!

  41. lulu girl says:

Has anyone returned from this sald yet?
Let us know if the sale is worth the line up!

    Thanks

  42. Teresa says:

I’m guessing everyone is stuck in the line up and hasn’t returned yet.

  43. miss lulu says:

    somebody please answer my question

  44. chacha says:

The line-up is crazy. I got there at 9 and kept on driving as the line went all the way around the block. Drove back at 11:30 and it was the same length! I kept on driving home:(

  45. markham girl says:

did anyone go and comeback yet?

  46. markham girl says:

funny all of us are at home waiting for someone to comeback!

  47. ownedbyawestie says:

DH works downtown…near the sale..said it was lined up around, looked like the line wasn’t moving…heard someone say they were there at 7am…he was walking by them at 11am…so not really moving!
Not sure if I will try it tomorrow…

  48. Perripants says:

I work Dwtn Hamilton, went over on my lunch, the line-up still circles the block and most people have been waiting approx 4 hours.

  49. miss lulu says:

does anybody know if they restock during the day

  50. miss lulu says:

they do not have the right time on this website cause i wrote this at 2 38

  51. miss lulu says:

is any body else on this website??????????????

  52. Porkaroo says:

Friend just got a text… the Lulu associates have just walked by her and said it’ll be a 6 hour wait in line. The line is wrapping around the convention centre block twice. Good luck!

  53. JSAM_S MOM says:

OK, so here’s there skinny…..the lineup is still huge (can see if from my office window).
    1. Stock is added every night, so it’s not continually being picked, but actually refreshed so size availability is usually good.
    2. Each day, the stuff gets cheaper, so by the last day of the sale, you get the best prices, although probably not the best selection.
    3. They let in people as people go out. So if 10 people leave, 10 more are let into the sale.
    4. I ran into someone I know who went this morning – said that it was lots of ugly colours in her size, but other sizes there was lots to choose from. So it’s probably going to be luck of the draw each day, depending on what is put out each night for the next day. She said some things were good deals, but apparently the hoodies were all gone by early morning, but more is expected to be out tomorrow… So like any other sale, it depends on what you’re looking for.
    5. No bags, coats, etc are allowed ont he sales floor. You will have to check those items at the door and get them back later. The only thing you can carry with you is your wallet, I’m told, so unless you totally trust the people checking your stuff in, be sure to leave your ipod or whatever at home.
    6. There is parking in the convention centre (about $8 for the day) but it’s 1st come 1st served, so there’s no guarantee you’ll get in because it’s so busy. There’s another municipal lot off MacNab Street between Mai & King you can also try.

  54. Sonia says:

    What are the deals like

  55. Lish says:

I’m going on Sunday. I hope they have size 2’s and 4’s… being the petite asian that I am.

Do you think the stock availability will be good on Sunday? I’m expecting that they would have more of the super small sizes and super large sizes. If I end up going and come out with nothing, I’ll be pretty disappointed πŸ™

Is it going to be all out-of-season stuff? Or will there be current items like the boogey/hot shorts and groove pants, scuba sweaters.. etc?

But still… I can’t wait!! Everyone, please hurry up and come back so you can tell all of us waiting eagerly how the sale went (info on prices, stock, and selection would be great).

  56. JSAM_S MOM says:

I’m told so-so, but the sale gets better and better each day, apparently. The most expensive thing I heard was there was $69, but since I didn’t go myself and am just passing on what someone who was there told me, I don’t know for sure. If it’s the same as the last sale they had down in Niagara, by the last day, the most expesive thing was $29.

However, people posting on the lululemon facebook page overall seem to say it’s not really worth going, that they felt like they really should buy something after waiting so many hours in line to get in. πŸ™ Maybe it will get better as the stuff gets cheaper?

  57. miss lulu says:

have fun everybody i cant go until sunday hopefully there will be some stuff left.

its my b day if anybody reads this :):):):P:P:P:P

if anyone went let me know. are the sales worth the huuuuuge wait?

  66. lily says:

and when are the hoodies gone by? is 6 am too late to line up?

  67. lily says:

OH! and do they take debit?

  68. Dropadop says:

Complete waste of time…do you want to wait 6+ hours to settle for the ugly colors/styles that you never would have purchased from the store but purchase anyway b/c you waited soooo bloody long in line??? lol

  69. Vaz says:

I went to the Lu Lu sale just today in Hamilton. We waited 6hrs to get in. The line wrapped around over 3 blocks. It was pouring rain for the first 3hrs, one lady was hit by a car while waiting in line. One part of the line took everyone right into the street with cars whipping by, so I’m not surprised somebody was hit. The 6hour wait to get in was ridiculous and merely compounded by the crap that they had inside. Hideous patterns, bad selection, old clothing lines and poor selection was what we had to choose from once we actually got inside. My daughter actually broke down and cried with such disappointment once we got to the dressing room and everything looked worse on then they did on the racks!!! I will never ever go to one of their warehouse sales again. DEFINITELY NOT WORTH IT!!!

  70. melissa says:

thanks for the update everyone! i have made my decision and not venturing out, i will just suck up and pay the extra 10 or so dollars for regular price and save the 45 minute trip to and from hamilton (would of cost me 10.00 almost in gas anyways)

  71. Cait says:

DO NOT GO!!! I wanted to cry when i got in the ware house after waiting for over 6hrs in line and saw the crap they had to offer. Did not buy a single item after waiting all that time there was nothing there. NO sweaters, NO bags NO nothing. I can not believe i waited all that time for the desapointment. Sales were horrible like $10 off the clothing rediculous. Its almost a crime that they would call this a ware house sale. I have found better deals on their clothing in their actual stores on something that i actualy like the style of. HORRIBLE WASTE OF TIME! DONT GO

  72. lily11 says:

I think the reason they didn’t have anything was because you went later. people who went at like 6 am got awesome cheap stuff cause they got there first and they got the good stuff. You have to be dedicated. Also, i heard the sale gets cheaper everyday, im going to try my luck saturday like super early and hope for the best πŸ™‚

  73. lily11 says:

And they re-stock every night so dont worry about going on later days unless you get in line like after 12 pm.

  74. lululemon says:

  75. bee says:

i went on the first day at 8:30am. the line was really long, people pushing and shoving and it was raining, so that was horrible. I got through getting wrist bands/bag check and actually into the room with the clothes by 12:45ish. there were lots of clothes in all the sizes (0-12), though selection was KIND of bad, i did come out with some things that i liked. when i got there, there were still lots of bags (probably becuase i was still early), but i wasnt planning on getting one. when i walked by an hour later, they were all gone and women were just standing at the tables waiting for the employees to put out new stock (which they did). they DO replenish the racks during the day when they see that its empty. I was there for about 3hrs, and i did see new things when i walked by a rack.

prices were like, $4 headbands, $9 bikini bottoms, $29 shorts, $89 pants, $69 zip ups/sweaters (though sweaters sold fast), yoga tops $29-32, capris $45, bags $49, random wierd looking jackets for 99, underwear $4 to $9 dollars. and mens clothing too.

there was also a thing were if you get into the line up to pay for your stuff within 30 min of entering the room, you get an extra 10% off your purchase. but thats pretty impossible lol.

and bag checking is annoying. they said they would let you go if your purse was the size of your hand, so like coach clutches etc. i would suggest that. you also have to bring an extra peice of ID if you plan to use a credit card. they take debit, visa,mc,cash i think.

    hope that heeeeeeelps.

  76. miss lulu says:

i went and it was great there was good deals as it goes on the prices will get better im going again on sunday at 7 am the people shopping are very very very pushy i almost got knocked to the ground just cause they put out new bags it was pretty crazy.

    posted at 11 46

  77. miss lulu says:

    heyyyyy

  78. Vikki says:

Sooooo I waited in line for 3 hours in the rain and heard lots of buzz about people being upset with the deals. I scored a cool reversible dress for 19 bucks and saw underneath that the original was $78!!!!! And also they also had a bathing suit for the same price as $19The bottoms were a little pricier, but I was still happy saving 20-30 bucks off of them. I left the sale with a lot of stuff for just over $300 and worked it out that I save about $160!!!!

  79. Steve says:

How are the line ups on Day 2? Are they as long as yesterday? πŸ™‚

  80. miss lulu says:

    im going again on sunday

  81. Shopped Out says:

Went on Day 2. Lined up at 8am and was shopping by 11am. The line up outside was much shorter when we left, probably about an hour wait. The deals are not that great. They only have forest green headbands!! The prices listed earlier are correct. The sale is well organized. There is no line-up in the change rooms and you can usually find other pieces that have not made it back onto the floor. If the prices were better it would be worth the wait.

  82. Nancy says:

Do they have small sizes left? I need a 2 or 4!

  83. Lisa says:

People keep saying the deals aren’t too great, what is the general pricing? pleasee?

  84. lily11 says:

if you go on sat. and sun. the deals are going to apparently be great. I’m trying my luck saturday morning, very early!

  86. Lily Francisci says:

I’m going to the sale but super duper early, i need to know if they take debit? Let me know.

  87. Lily Francisci says:

Ok, my friend went today at 2 pm and she only waited in line for 45 minutes! The sale is getting CHEAPER! It is totally worth it she said, if you’re thinking about it………GGOOOOOOOOOOO!!! πŸ˜›

  88. Lily Francisci says:

And today the pants were $40

  89. Teresa says:

What time does it start tomorrow (Sat.)?

  90. Teresa says:

oops, just saw the start time.

  91. Anna says:

Went to the sale the sale today. Went early, i guess that was a mistake, should have gone in the afternoon:-) The line ups were shorter when we walked out. I don’t know who bought pants for $40, I personally haven’t seen a single pair. Crops were $45, long pants $85. I don’t know the prices for tight, leotard style pants, maybe they were cheaper.
Tanks were all $32. there were some jackets, mostly for around $90. Saw only one colour Remix hoodie, a bright tie-dye.
I don’t know if they will lower the prices tomorrow or sunday (they haven’t changed from yesterday, at least according to the poster earlier in the thread).I live very close and if the line-ups are not too long, I’ll go again.
I wouldn’t recommend going if you want long pants or hoodies. Not worth it. I, for instances, saw the same pants on sale for $49 at the store. They were $85 at the warerhouse. But, it’s worth going for crops and tanks. I bought a pair of crops and a tank for the price of just that pair of crops at the store. Do try to get out before 30 minutes are up, you save 10%.

  92. lil says:

Went at 2. If you are not anorexic and need a size 10 or 12 you are sol out of luck. Waited at the stocking door for 1hr and a half and nothing over a size 8 came out. Two size 10 racks finally came out and nothing was on it except tanks and a few pants. Not really worth it pricewise either. The fila warehouse sale was much better! p.s. What’s with checking your purse?

  93. Anna says:

Oh, about sizes. there were lots in size 4, not a bad selection for size 2. Don’t know about other sizes.

  94. Dana says:

You’re so right! I went after 3 and found nothing! It’s all the leftovers they can’t sell! One sweater had a broken zipper and the worker said she saw it in the morning and they took off the floor. Obviously it made it’s way back! I’m so disappointed they only cater to the teeny weenies and don’t give a hoot about the normal sized people in the world! Waste of time!

  95. Dana says:

    Hej Lil,

Did you want to try again another day?

  96. Les says:

    Don’t bother. Sucks big time!

  97. lil says:

yeah, i don’t tihnk that i want to waste my time again, i’d rather go to winners

  98. Les says:

Meet you there in 10. I’m sure we’ll have better luck and spend less!

  99. Lily Francisci says:

If you’re a bit bigger and nice and healthy πŸ˜‰ then go early if your dedicated, i am a size 2 \ 4 but ppl i go with aren’t so go early (Y)

  100. Dena says:

Total shit! They duped everyone and put out ugly items that were not well discounted!!!!!!

I stood in the coksucking rain for 4.5 hours and as soon as we walked into the warehouse, I wanted to vomit with disappointment. I left with three items that I FORCED myself to “like” because leaving empty-handed after such a brutal wait wouldve been too much to handle.

    FUK you, lululemon.

  101. melissa says:

Wow i went there at 7 or so last night and there were a ton of size 10 and 12 racks, everything we liked (we needed 4-6) was at least a 8

THey had some decent items at decent prices last night!

  102. Anita says:

I am thinking about heading in from Oshawa this afternoon. Can anyone report on the line-ups we can expect today?

  103. lily says:

i went today aat 6 am and got in at 9. i got a pair of reversible pants for $50 which is really good and capris for $40. The capris were $80 and the pants were $106. The line is really long, go tommorrow morning early. Some stuff is bad, but there are good things. If you live 1 hour or 2 away….go.

  104. lululemon says:

Our team is ready for day three! Our floor is fully stocked with great deals, tons of smiles, belly dancing, yoga posin’, and bumpin’ beats!

See you in Hamilton soon as we are here until Sunday night 5pm!

    -lululemon athletica warehouse team

  105. Nancy says:

I got really got stuff but i wanted the leather bags really badly, and people were nearly ripping them out of my hands. I ended up with the bigger one. Anyone want to trade? I want the leather one!!! lol
still, a pretty good sale, even if the prices aren’t fabulous, they’re cheaper than you’ll ever get in the store.

  106. Sonia says:

How were the lines ups today and what kind of prices?

  107. lil says:

Can you please be more specific with the 10`s and 12`s. Want to know how many hoodies and sip up sweaters there for normal sized people?

  108. Mike says:

I bought a sweater and one sleave is longer than the other!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  109. Mike says:

Sorry, my mistake one of my arms IS longer than the other!

  110. Mike says:

    what`s the problem???

  111. lynne says:

i`ve spoken with several people who went to the sale and based on their comments, i won`t be wasting my time or money, i`m heading over to tj maxx

  112. lynne says:

I SAIDE “Sorry, my mistake, one of my arms IS longer than the other!”.

  113. mike says:

NO, one of MIke`s arms is longer!

  114. mike says:

    My mistake again.
    The jacket fits fine.
It`s actually one of my legs that is shorter.

  115. mike says:

Why do you keep moderating me?

    Is it because I`m fat?

  116. lily11 says:

mike go back to the sale tmrw or call and bring the receipt.

  117. mike says:

I`ve already cut one sleave shorter! I`m not waiting in that line again. I`ll just put it on Ebay or would you like to buy it?

  118. lily says:

no i got stuff, is it screwed now that you cut it?
YOu should of got it hemmed at a normal lululemon! They do free hemming!! of just do that!

  119. Lish says:
